Wedding Rental Questions
How far in advance should I book wedding rentals?
At least 4–6 weeks before your date. For peak season (December and Easter weekends) or large guest lists above 200, book 8 weeks ahead to guarantee availability of the chairs and tables you want.
Do you deliver and set up at the venue?
Yes. We deliver everything to your venue, set up before your guests arrive, and return to collect after the event is over. You don't have to worry about moving or storing anything.
Which areas in Accra do you serve?
All of Greater Accra — East Legon, Tema, Adenta, Osu, Cantonments, Teshie, Spintex, Madina and surrounding areas. For venues outside Accra, contact us directly to check availability.
Can I use different chair styles for the ceremony and reception?
Yes, many clients do this. Chiavari chairs for the ceremony aisle and banquet or crossback chairs for the reception dinner tables is a popular combination. Let us know your vision when you request your quote.
What if something gets damaged during my wedding?
Minor wear and tear is expected at events. For significant damage we apply a replacement fee, which is discussed and agreed in writing before the event. The process is simple and transparent.
Do you also provide decoration and styling?
We supply all the furniture, linens and decor items. For full event decoration we can refer you to experienced decorators in Accra who we work with regularly.
